Other Concepts of Deity I made this section to cover various ideas of Deity..from our tradition, as well as others...as well as simple exploration of Deity in itself. There are many ways of viewing the Divine. Heck---there are a lot of different viewpoints on the relationship between human beings and the Divine Realm, just within the Pagan collection of religions alone. Some believe that the deities are specific, whole entities, each with their own personality. Others see deities as archetypes, representations of the Divine spirit. Some believe deities to be the spirits of ancestors, saints, elemental entities. However, most agree that deities are not separate from us, and the world we live in; that they are a part of this whole system. When time allows, we'll examine the formation/symbiotic relationship of Deity, as well as Ancestral Myth. Stay tuned.
